Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. All orders may be picked up in person at our facility.  If you choose local pickup, you will be notified when your order is ready.  We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping sitewide.  Shipping cost will be displayed at checkout once you have entered your "ship to" information.

Shipping Timing

All orders are shipped as soon as production is complete.  While most orders are completed and shipped within 1-3 business days, some orders may take longer to complete due to workload or supply chain issues.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of your order.  If there are unforeseen delays in fulfilling your order, you will be notified.  If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know in the order comments.  We will make every attempt to meet your deadline.  Please note that once your order leaves our facility, we have no control over possible shipping delays.

Please note that based on size, weight or supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or may be delayed when shipped to, a PO box address. 

Lost, Stolen, Damaged Shipments

The risk of loss, damage, and/or theft for shipped items passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address.  Walker Manufacturing is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.  In the event an item is lost or damaged during shipment we will assist you to the best of our ability with filing a claim with the shipper.  Any claims for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments must be reported by you, the customer, to the shipper according to their claims policy.
